Existing Users: What to do with the new app?

Hi there! If you haven’t already, download the latest Fit-X app update. You can scan the QR code below to get it.

Here’s what’s new and easier in the updated app:

  • Machines, cardio, weights - in one place. You can now track free weight, cardio, and new equipment exercises in your plan.

  • No more scanning machine QR codes. Just tap “Connect” when you’re near the strength machine.

  • Smarter daily workout plan in the orange box. It updates based on your goals and past workouts—just follow the exercises shown there each day.

  • New progress dashboard. See where you’ve improved and how much stronger you’ve gotten since you started.

Want to update your workout plan to add new exercises?

  • The easiest way: tap the profile icon, go to Workout Goals, update your info, then tap Save Changes. The app will adjust your plan to include new exercises—it won’t delete your current ones.

  • Or: scroll to the bottom of your workout plan and tap the + icon to add exercises manually.

If you don’t need any workout plan changes, you’re all set.
