Key New Features (February 25, 2026)
5-digit PIN Login: All users will receive an email containing their personal 5-digit PIN for login.
To identify your Gym Code, go to Settings -> Update Profile.
To find your PIN, go to Settings -> Express Login PIN

AI-based Cardio Calorie Counter: Users can now estimate calories burned based on the selected cardio activity, workout duration, and intensity level. Distance field is required for logging data but enter “0” if not relevant.
Example: For a yoga class, the user selects Yoga, enters the duration (e.g., 30 minutes), enter “0” for distance and adjusts the intensity slider. Calories must be calculated before the workout can be logged.
Sensor and Manual Login Switch: When selecting a selectorized strength exercise, users can choose to perform a sensor-tracked workout (when sensors are available), or log the exercise manually. This allows flexibility based on equipment availability or user preference.
Points and badge system: The Fit-X points system is designed to reward consistency, not intensity. Members earn points for showing up and completing balanced workouts, not for lifting heavier weights or training longer than others.
For example, members are rewarded for using 5 or more strength machines in a single session, but they do not earn additional points for increasing weight or workout intensity. This encourages safe, sustainable progress and promotes long-term exercise habits.
Badge Levels:
Challenger – Entry level
Warrior (50 points/month)
Champion (120 points/month)
Legend (200 points/month)
